Upon successfully completing the Global Financial Training Program, you will be prepared to begin working with a wide range of commercial financing products for businesses and real estate investors. Transactions can range from smaller business financing needs to large commercial transactions, depending on the financing product and lender.
Commercial loan brokers may receive commissions on successfully funded
transactions, with commission structures varying by lender, financing product and individual transaction. You will learn how to work with a variety of financing products and participating lenders as you build your commercial finance business.

You do not need prior financial industry experience to enter the program. Global teaches you how commercial loan brokering works, including industry ​
terminology, financing products, lender requirements, and how to structure and present transactions. After successfully completing the program, graduates gain direct access to participating lenders that finance a wide range of commercial transactions. You work directly with these lenders as you develop financing solutions for your clients and move transactions through the funding process.
Through practical training and role-playing exercises, you learn how to communicate professionally with prospective clients and lenders. After graduation, Global's mentorship program provides ongoing support as you begin building and developing your commercial finance business.
Greater Flexibility in How You Work
Owning your own business can give you greater control over how you structure your time. Instead of working within a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, you have the flexibility to organize your work around personal appointments, family responsibilities, vacations, and important milestones. Much of a commercial finance business can be managed remotely by phone and computer, giving you greater flexibility in where and how you work.
