GAME CHANGERS

The coming year holds great promise for graduates of Global Financial Training Program, a lucrative business opportunity with more than 30 years of experience teaching enrollees the ins and outs of commercial lending.

Businesses need money in any economic climate whether it’s to start up, expand, stay afloat, meet payroll, buy equipment, etc., making the program recession-resistant, according to Founder and CEO Phil Dushey.

The program has changed the landscape of commercial lending by training its students how to secure loans for small- to medium-sized businesses that are typically rejected by banks. Students pay a one-time enrollment fee of $19,950, and they can own their own commercial finance companies upon graduating.

According to Dushey, more people want to work for themselves, so the ability for graduates to work remotely using only a cell phone is an attractive benefit. His program features a low point of entry, low overhead and no royalties, territories or employees.

The demand for funds is greater than ever, with new businesses flourishing, including construction sites, restaurants, home health care providers, laboratory testing facilities, janitorial services and acquisitions.

“Businesses are opening like crazy, and they need the money,” said Dushey, who launched the program after being downsized from corporate America in the ‘90s.

Students attend four days of Zoom classes, in which they learn about trends in finance and the many types of commercial loans available, including credits from A through D. They meet more than 20 large institutional lenders and learn the language of finance, so they become comfortable working with decision-makers.

Those who complete the course are approved by more than 40 such lenders, who waive their standard requirements because of the brand’s long-standing reputation in the industry.

Graduates are ready for business immediately upon completing the course and can secure loans in as little as 24 to 48 hours. They also are assigned a lifetime mentor, 1,000 initial leads, a professional website, a logo, monthly webinars and more.

“In most businesses, you don’t make money for six or eight months,” Dushey said. “With financing, you immediately start earning money. I don’t know of any business that parallels that.”
